These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Infodots Services LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in Tamil Nadu, India.
1. About Us
Infodots Services LLP operates globally through subsidiary entities in 10+ countries — USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Canada and Germany, each in full local legal compliance.
2. Services
Web design and development, domain portfolio management, SEO and digital marketing, e-commerce on Shopify and custom platforms, web hosting, brand identity, SaaS development, and ongoing digital consultancy.
3. Payment Terms
100% payment upfront upon agreed scope. Formal invoice issued prior to payment. ACH bank transfer for US clients. Other markets use locally agreed methods.
4. Intellectual Property
Full ownership transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.
